Sales Operations Specialist

Sales Operations Specialists are enthusiastic subject-matter experts on PPC’s products, services, and business operations. Accuracy, efficiency, and the pursuit of excellence are a must for this career opportunity.


PPC’s Sales Operations Specialists are genuinely excited to help. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and investigating solutions are essential skills for this position.


*Must be able to work on-site in Pittsford, NY, Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM*


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing and resolving complex incoming customer service, operational, and/or systems-related issues
  • Identifying and assessing clients’ needs to achieve their satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with PPC’s sales team through open and interactive communication
  • Handle client and sales team needs, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner; following up to ensure resolution
  • Support others within the team to ensure team cohesion and excellent service
  • Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to serve an evolving client base better
  • Improve processes, define and document procedures
  • Other related duties assigned including but not limited to processing new client accounts, equipment orders and file build requests


Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Project coordination experience preferred
  • Previous helpdesk experience a plus

Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
  • 401(k) with matching & Profit Sharing
  • PPC pays 80% of Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 10 days of paid time off, 11 paid Holidays, and 5 paid Sick Days
